MULTI-TANK ASSEMBLIES

With this concept several filter units (10,000, 20,000 or 30,000 l/h) can be mounted together with a precoat tank on stainless steel frames. Our units are pre-assembled with all pipes and valves. Only the lines from the units to the baths have to be made.

The precoat filter plants are manufactured to order. We take your equipment specifications into account.

SINGLE AND MOBILE ASSEMBLIES

Our precoat filter systems are systematic solutions that take all aspects into account. Instead of larger units, we supply one unit per bath position. In this way, each cell is filtered separately. The difficult pipe routing for even distribution and circulation of the bath is no longer necessary. We designed plastic precoat elements as filters. They are precoated with filter aid and can remain in the filter during cleaning and can be rinsed with a few litres of water.

With the right filter aid, filter finenesses < 1 µm can be achieved with ease. Apart from filter aids and water, no further consumables are required.
