A glare-free / satin nickel bath has high demands on the filter equipment.

The third generation was additionally equipped with automatic valves. This enables the operator to be “guided” and automatically carry out all manual work on the filter system such as rinsing, emptying, pre-coating with filter aid and activated carbon powder. Operating errors are thus almost impossible.

The control system automatically sets the valves for each operating mode. The PLC is password-protected so that the plant remains accessible only to authorized employees and it can be traced at any time who did what and when. A package of data records is stored permanently and provides information about flow rate, speed, pressure in the filter housings, dosing quantities and valve positions even at a later date. This data can then be evaluated accordingly and used for quality control.
