What is a bag filter?

A bag filter is a pressure vessel in which a filter bag is placed, through which the liquid flows. The bag reliably retains particles, suspended solids, and impurities. Especially advantageous: The bag can be changed easily and quickly – without any tools. The QFAP-BB bag filter is specially designed for industrial applications and offers high operational safety with minimal maintenance effort.

P-INOX – High-performance filter housing for large flow rates

The P-INOX is a powerful stainless steel filter housing for industrial applications with up to 120 m³/h flow rate. It accommodates four 20″ or 30″ FILTECH™ cartridges and can optionally be equipped with up to 28 QUALITHERM™ or QUALIBOB™ elements. The housing is equipped with a robust swivel closure, DN80/100 flange connections, and a pressure-resistant design for up to 7 bar at 75 °C. The electropolished surface facilitates cleaning and increases corrosion resistance.

L-INOX – Compact stainless steel filter housing with high performance

The L-INOX is the stainless steel version of the proven L-Series and is ideal for industrial applications with increased pressure and temperature requirements. It processes flow rates from 10 to 40 m³/h at up to 10 bar and 75 °C. The accommodation of 20″ or 30″ FILTECH™ filter candles ensures a large filter area, low pressure losses, and reduced operating costs. Thanks to its compact design, the housing fits even in limited space.

QFAP-BB – Robust bag filter housing for industrial use

The QFAP-BB is a pressure-resistant bag filter housing for use with filter bags of sizes 10 and 20. It is ideally suited for industrial applications at up to 10 bar pressure and 75 °C temperature. The lid is equipped with toggle bolts, and cleaning is facilitated by the electropolished stainless steel surface. Optionally available are magnet rod, pressure gauge, vent valve, and compression spring.

F-INOX – Filter housing for highest throughput

The F-INOX is specially designed for large systems with a throughput of 100 to 250 m³/h. The robust stainless steel design is rated for 7 bar pressure at 75 °C and holds four 30″ FILTECH™ cartridges. With its large filter volume, low pressure loss, and rapid maintenance options, the housing is ideal for central filtration systems in the industry.
