The filter units of the 575 series offer a flow rate of up to 60,000 l/h and are characterized by their robust construction. With high-quality plastic turned and milled parts, thermal pretreatment, and a supporting structure made of V2A or V4A, they guarantee a perfect filtration rate and long lifespan. The ergonomic design and electropolished surfaces also ensure user-friendly handling and maximum efficiency.

Options

Fail-safe

A flow relay monitors the flow rate. It protects the pump from running dry or overheating and indicates when the filter media should be changed/cleaned, saving time and money.

4 Types of I/O switches

A total of 4 electrical switches are available. From the simple I/O switch to the I/O switch with illuminated buttons and flow control.

Drain

The optional drain valve allows convenient draining of the container without fluid loss. (“GS” model).

Drip funnel

The drip funnel ensures a clean and safe solution when removing the filter media from the filter unit. The funnel directs all overflowing liquids back into the container, preventing fluids from coming in contact with the operator or equipment, keeping everything clean.

Suction basket

The suction strainer prevents large chips and objects from being sucked into the filter. It also ensures continuous flow, preventing the hose from sticking to the bottom while suctioning.

Line filter

If a larger part is sucked in, the line filter protects the pump from damage. The transparent lid allows you to see the contents of the filter and assess when it needs to be emptied.
