Filter unit: 355 SERIES

Our filter units of the 355 series are designed for a flow rate of up to 20,000 l/h, and the construction only allows a pressure drop of 0.4 bar. Plastic turning and milling parts from solid material, thermal pretreatment, support construction, fastenings made from V2A or V4A and electropolished, and ergonomic design guarantee a long lifespan.

Options

Fail-safe

A flow relay monitors the flow rate. It protects the pump from running dry or overheating and indicates when the filter media should be replaced/cleaned, saving time and money.

4 types of I/O switches

In total, 4 electric switches are available, ranging from a simple I/O switch to an I/O switch with light buttons and flow control.

Drainage

The optional drain valve allows convenient drainage of the tank without liquid loss. (“GS” model).

Drip funnel

The drip funnel ensures a clean and safe solution when removing the filter media from the filter unit. The funnel directs all overflowing fluids back into the tank, preventing contact with the operator or the equipment, keeping everything clean.

Suction strainer

The intake strainer prevents large chips and objects from being sucked into the filter. It also ensures a continuous flow, so the hose does not adhere to the bottom during vacuuming.

Pipeline filter

If a larger part is sucked in, the pipeline filter protects the pump from damage. The transparent lid allows viewing of the filter contents to assess when it needs to be emptied.
