QUALI-HIGH-FLOW-FELT
These candles are based on a highly porous felt medium with a large filter surface. Ideal for applications requiring reliable particle retention with low differential pressure.
Features:
- Filtration ranges: 1 – 200 µm
- Materials: Polypropylene, Polyester
- 100% thermally welded (no adhesives)
- Robust outer shell with injection-molded cage
- Drainage mesh for stabilization of pleats
- High dirt retention & extended service life
Typical applications:
- Pre-filtration, process water, chemical industry, food industry (FDA compliant)
QUALI-HIGH-FLOW-HE100
The HE100 series combines a large filter area with high-performance media such as borosilicate microfibers or nanoalumina for the finest retention rates down to 0.2 µm – ideal for sensitive processes.
Features:
- Filtration ranges: 0.2 – 100 µm
- Materials: Polypropylene, Polyester, Microglass fiber
- Stable construction for high pressures & temperatures
- No deformation in the filter basket
- Very easy replacement after blockage
Optional media:
- FDA-compliant polypropylene (PP, PPX)
- High-temperature resistant polyester (PE)
- FDA-approved microglass fiber (GFF)
- GFF+ with nanoalumina for maximum retention rate
